Hello. In this video we are going to work on a kapa balancing breathing exercise called the streak of breathing. And this frog is a heat cultivating breath and energizing breath. And then it's also great because it helps clear any mucus or congestion out of the chest cavity. So to practice, we actually are going to first practice the actual breathing and then there's an arm movement involved. So we'll practice the breath first, and then we'll add the arms or the motion with the bra.

So to find the broccoli first again, need to sit nice and follow shoulders away from the ear, settling in. And then you're going to take a bellows breath. So that means anything to the nose and just really feeling the belly in the chest expand. And then you're going to take a fork Exhale out through your mouth. So it's gonna look something like this. Right We have a big expanding inhale, I'm failing chest and belly and those exhales push it out.

And you're going to notice with that forceful push, you're also feeling the abdominals work a little we're cultivating that heat stimulating our Augie which is super important for coffee, or coffee and balances. Now if you want to add the arms with it, which I love, because I feel like it really gets me jazzed up. You're going to reach the arms up, like you're going to do to Dustin or you're standing pose, in yoga, to arms reach up and there was an actor, you're going to make a fist, all the arms into the body also, like you're saying, Yes, like you We've got this angel think of the belly in the chest expanding. Exhale, pulling the arms in that forceful exhale. So all together. All right, go ahead, give it a shot, and we'll see you in the next video.
