Hello. In this video we are going to practice not only one breath, but we're gonna actually practice two breathing exercises that are going to help balance the pitch of OSHA. And those two breaths are she Tali and she chlorine three. And the reason we're doing two here is actually the first one that we're going to do. For some people, they're not going to be able to do it just depending on their gene. So both of these drugs are great for pizza as they help reduce hunger and they're also great for cooling the body, physically cooling the mind, right mentally.

So this first graph should Holly which is the one that you may or may not be able to do involves inhaling through a plural tongue in exhaling through the nose. So just as in our other words, videos we just want to make sure we have that nice tall seated posture, belly drawing in, elbow down. And then you can close the eye. Roll the tongue. Inhale through that girl tongue. Close the mouth, exhale through the nose.

Everything soften. And maybe let yourself practice where from five to 10 rounds of this. And then Shikari breathing is very similar except instead of inhaling through a pearl tongue, we're going to inhale through clenched teeth. So again, closing the eyes, punching the teeth in close the mouth, and not smell through the no nap bracing soften. So again, you can do maybe five to 10 rounds of this breath. And another wonderful thing about this breath is that we can do it anywhere if we are having a bad day at work, someone's got us all riled up or feeling agitated or feeling angry, right, we can go to the bathroom stall and easily take 30 seconds to do this bra to bring their temperature down to bring our mental state back into a state of doubt.

So go ahead, give it a shot, and we'll see you in the next video.
