Let me introduce to you what the course is going to be all about. The strategic transformation course builds in six modules, we will begin the journey with the mind. I'm going to be teaching you to use ancient mindfulness techniques and meditation techniques to truly get a handle of your thoughts. So that you are able to fine tune your brain to deliver quality output. The brain is like a computer. And if your computer has a ton of malware and viruses on it, it is not going to be able to produce the results that you need and which is why our journey must begin with the mind.

The mind is a beautiful servant, but a terrible monster. You're going to be learning ancient techniques for mindfulness and meditation, which enabled us to truly fine tune this computer that Computer allows us to live the life of our dreams, it can both empower us and disable us. The quality of the thoughts we think, determined the nature of our reality. So in this module, we're going to be really understanding how the mind works. What can we do to truly regain ownership and become the master once again, then we are going to be moving on to emotions, which is the second module. Now here we're going to be understanding the physiological response to the thoughts that we are creating.

We're going to be going through all the emotional states we're going to be understanding how to deal with our emotional states. The brain is a fascinating instrument behind your head and above your neck, sits the amygdala, also known as the lizard brain. This is the oldest part of our brain as we evolved from primates to homosapiens. This is responsible for the fight or flight response. This is the basis response that you can have. In life threatening situations This is part of your brain which might end up saving your life as you flee to safety or respond, and as you fight your way out of an uncomfortable situation.

Now your forehead, the latest part of the brain. This is where the prefrontal lobes sit. This is the most advanced part of the brain. This is the part of the brain which is able to truly take stock of all your memories and all your experiences and be able to give you the most unique response to a certain situation. It takes about 20 milliseconds for stimuli to reach from your amygdala to your prefrontal loads from having a caveman response to an intelligent response. So in this module, we're going to Learning about how to manage your emotions, how to use the knowledge that modern science has given us.

To truly understand what we are as emotional beings, then we move on to the body and the body module, we're going to be learning about different techniques to keep our body in the best state there is, did you know that there are more neurons in your body than your brain. So your body itself is a brain, they call it the second brain, especially your gut, is where the bulk of these neurons are sitting. So it's very important to have a healthy body in order to have a healthy emotional response and a healthy brain. So it all ties in together, we're going to be going over yoga as a medium to keep yourself in the right physical state, but you're able to really achieve this radical transformation. This leads us into our fourth module, which is diet, and what you put into your body becomes who you are.

And so we're going to be going over Different kinds of diets, and how it affects different people. The focus is on creating a vegetarian vegan diet, which allows you to put high quality foods into your body, which then are able to transform into the right spiritual energy and give you the right nourishment that you so need on this beautiful journey. Once we've covered these four modules, we're going to dive a little bit deeper into the spirit into who you truly are, if you're going to be having a look at the passenger within the vessel of your body. What is the true nature of the Spirit, you're going to be learning about what its purpose might be. We're all here on this plane for a very specific purpose. Because of our society, because of our conditioning, because the world that we live in, we've gotten separated from our core objectives.

So in this module, we're going to be going Limit deeper into understanding what our purpose might be. I'm going to be introducing you to your God self, to the entity within which is able to truly drive this change and realign yourself to your core central purpose on this planet. You're going to be discussing the quantum theory and what the quantum theory is telling us about our essential reality. So this is going to be a very interesting module for you to truly understand how the different pieces of view fit together. Which leads us to our final module called purpose. The ultimate purpose of this course is liberation.

Now I believe that your ultimate purpose is liberation. You might not feel very liberated right now, but I can tell you the safe way that that is the ultimate goal. There is nothing more blissful than a sense of liberation. How do we live a liberated life? How do we find purpose? In this world of distractions?

We use something that I have developed called the skilled talent matrix. Let me tell you a little bit about the skilled talent matrix. Now talent is something that everybody has. I have certain innate talents you have certain innate talents. talents are something that people are naturally born with. It's God's gift.

It's what nature has gifted you to make you unique from the next person. And the next person has their own unique talent. So each of us are born with a set of talents. You know, that friend of yours who can pick up any instrument and instantly play it. You know, that guy who can code like crazy. You know, that girl who can make these beautiful men dollars naturally with no training and audience.

These are people which have an innate talent that They were born with. Now what is skill, skills are acquired as we grow in life. Skills could be learning how to code a language, learning a new instrument. Learning how to make furniture, learning how to record videos. skills are things that we acquire, we go to school to learn these skills. We go to masters, we go to teachers to learn a certain skill set.

Now, what skill talent matrix allows us to do is really take stock of that innate talent. Anybody can acquire the skill. The difference between a highly skillful person somebody who's at the top of the game, and somebody with the same skills, who's not who's just struggling, can be talent is someone who is naturally talented as a musician learns a new instrument, they can truly take that skill to the next level. And guess what? They'd be super happy doing it. It doesn't feel like work.

Think about it. Think about your talent, think about what it is that you came on the planet with. And that when you're doing that work, it's not really work is it is just the extension of who you are. It comes naturally to you and through you. And so finding our purpose is to truly understand what it is that comes to us naturally what it is that we will put here to deliver. Therein lies our purpose.

And that, my friends, is the path to true liberation. So we're going to be going over certain techniques which can allow us to understand what our skills are and what our talents are, and that how do we align these two meaningfully. So I look forward to seeing you on the course. This is something that is coming I have a wealth of information from quantum theory to the ancient spiritual truths that we've known for a millennia. We're going to be going through all these different things in order to create a framework which allows us to truly live the life of our dreams, to bring about peace and happiness, that'd be so truly deserved. I tell you who this course is not for.

This course is not for you if you are not ready to make certain changes in your life. This course is for the boat. The world that we live in today, it's people who know themselves and are then able to bring about change that this world so desperately needs. That is what this course is for. This course is for the next breed of transformations that are so needed for the world we live in today. The fact that you're here the fact that there is a heart beating in your chest means that there is a divine purpose for which you were on this planet.

It means that you have an amazing gift that needs to be shared with the world. I'm going to help you find that gift. And then give it away so that you too may live your truest potential and most meaningful life so that you become an example, for your community for your friends and your family, and assets to humanity, and assets that the world needs. The world needs you right now, my friend. And it's time to radically transform your life. It's time for you to start living your true potential.
