My AC Stress Coaching Training Course is designed for Certified Coaches just like you. This course combines Acceptance and Commitment (AC) Coaching principles and practices with my copyrighted Five R's of Coping (Rethink, Relax, Release, Reduce, & Reorganize) Model. The result is a powerful multi-level defense system against stress that will help your clients deal with all kinds of stressors and stressful situations.

The course is broken down into seven sectionsEach section has 1-7 lessons that are 20-30 minutes long. These lessons are available in video and audio formats. Each section comes with everything you need to make the content instantly usable.

Dr. Rich is also certified in Naikan and Morita, two forms of Japanese psychology that use mindfulness and acceptance to help people shift their focus off  of  unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and actions and onto behaving in ways that reduce their stress and enhance their sexuality and their relationships.
