Requirements

A good thing would be to have a note book and a pen at hand so you can write down the things that you would like to remember. A stressed brain is not very good at remembering. So take notes! :-)

I live in Denmark and have my own business as a stress coach and hypnotherapist where I work with people with stress, anxiety Asperger's syndrome and other personal and mental obstacles. 

Besides this I teach hatha and yin yoga in companies and have my own MediYoga workshops for stressed people. 

I love working with the combination of coaching af hypnotherapy as it is so much more effecient than working just the coaching alone. We save MANY ours of talking when we include the hypnosis in the sessions and integrate new habits and way of thinking much easier.
