It is excellent for beginners who have a little-to-no meditation practice, so you don't need to read/research or prepare anything in advance. All that you need is 20-30 minutes per day and private space, where nobody will distract you.

This course offers five lessons and 2 BONUS video. Each lesson includes video theory, audio practice, and, most importantly, homework.

My name is Anastasia. For the last years, I've been traveling around the world and taught yoga on 3 different continents, 7 different countries, and 3 languages, and now I would love to share my knowledge with you :)

I am Yoga and Meditation Instructor, Thai and Ayurvedic Massage Therapist and Reiki healer. 

I am passionate about sharing my love of YOGA and teach with an authentic and fun approach, I am extremely dedicated to creating a nurturing and safe environment for students to support inward focus and exploration of the body, mind, and spirit for yogis of all levels.

YOGA for me is much more than just entertainment, job or hobby. It's a part of my life, it's about being a professional, dedicated practitioner and honest teacher. And I am willing to bring my knowledge, experience, and love for those who need it. I am trying my best to do my part as a teacher - to inspire people to work with body, breath, mind, and emotions so they could bring their energy and use all “tools” which they are getting on the yoga mat in daily life.

I LOVE to see how just 60-90 mins can change the body, emotions, mood. It is an incredible gift which I can share with people and the best pay for me is to know that after the session my client is smiling, feeling relaxed and happy!
