The last part is to delight your customers to turn them into promoters of yours. That is very, very important but very difficult part because to delight your customers in a way that they become a promoter of your brand, especially in the hospital it always hear about delighting your customers delighting your customers, so that they become promoters of your brand and you might be seeing your own friends who are recommending their hotels, they are saying travel places they are watching. There is the mostly the people are promoting because they are very happy with the services or they're very happy with the places. So treat people like peoples and earn their trust by smart content and personalized speakers to create a tailor made experience based on their needs, from the CTAs to emails to the landing pages. So you have to provide them their own personalized content. So after they visitor to you then please don't forget to ask their feedbacks.

So ask them to leave the feedback for you and you can use those value even feedback as a content to attract the new customer again or ask them to share their stuff or organizing Li so there they are friends and they are connecting we'll look at that and then they will for eventually follow them and then you will get the new businesses and services. If your survey is going to take two hours, three hours to fulfill. Let them know in advance so that they have a choice. either do it or don't do it. But to not forget, end of the day you have to promise and you have to deliver what you promise. So if you Do it then customer will recommend you. So yeah, if your customer like your services, they will promote your brand.

So online surveys, opinion pages and the social networks and maybe on your box or Review Boards website are very important for inbound marketing because it helps to build a stronger bond with your customers and more important that trust base. So now they can hear you boss, even Google when you are searching on Google, you like it or not, Google will show the feedback and the ratings very transparent. Yeah, so the Google reviews or they will show the TripAdvisor reviews you cannot escape it basically is the average rating by a vendor for a website content optimization and content marketing. So those are the values you can use if you want to create those fevers and reduce fonts on the different traveling platforms and blocked you can use them and some of them are free and they do have charges so you can explore it based on your location is another example of one of the Novotel which is giving the feedback reviews on the channel blogs and pages and then there are there's another one which is even selling the information by you they're asking location was good or not who was good or not?
