31 weeks pregnant - you are really at the tail end of your pregnancy now! In this video, Melanie provides you with some helpful tips to get through one of the most common problems women have at this stage of their pregnancy - constipation. Some simple changes to your diet and exercise can make sure you have the healthiest pregnancy possible.

Want to know what you should be eating during your eighth month of pregnancy? Hi, my name is Melanie McGrath and I'm a perinatal dietitian. Today we're going to talk about what you can eat to optimize your diet and exercise during your eighth month of pregnancy. Stay tuned. So this is the time to focus on your fiber intake. Being dehydrated will make your constipation worse because you'll end up having hard dehydrated instead of soft, easier to evacuated motions.
