I am a physician and coach with a passion to share practical tools to help us realign our minds and hearts to a state of consistent peace, joy and love. After almost 30 years in the medical profession, I have seen that if we can attend to our inner journey of the mind, emotions and perceptions, then we can enjoy greater health and well-being on all levels. In 2015, I created Coaching for Inner Peace as a simple and elegant method which systematically helps us train our minds to the flow of peace, love and joy which we already have deep within our hearts, but we often are unable to access on a consistent basis. I use a multidisciplinary approach drawing from science, medicine, complementary healing modalities as well as Western and Eastern spiritual traditions. I also love to share tools that are practical and easy to use in daily life including journaling, meditation, one-on-one coaching, and even watching movies! I feel that the journey of inner peace is not optional but a prerequisite for outer well-being and I love to join with each of my clients so we may walk this path together with confidence and clarity.
