Hi! I’m a woman, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a kitesurfer, a seeker of knowledge, a yoga therapist, a women’s health coach and a licensed physical therapist. Those are some of my identities, anyhow.
As CEO and owner of Mind-Body Movement Center, I help people overcome health challenges that affect body, mind and spirit so that they can have a Mind and Body that they can cultivate across their health landscape. I love helping people connect the dots...help them plant the seeds, and watch them grow and thrive.
I am into transformative health care, not quick fixes. I have a great interest right now in chronic pain, women’s health issues and how nutrition, therapeutic yoga and lifestyle changes can be beneficial for all of this—making a few changes can make all the difference. And connecting the dots can be life changing.
By integrating rehab sciences, yoga therapy, nutrition and health coaching, I provide the tools to to help you make positive changes in your life. My mission is to empower you towards a sense of healing, wellness, and decreased pain in your ever-changing health landscape.
Private sessions offered in office or virtually (Telehealth). And you can also find me teaching weekly small group therapeutic yoga classes in Alameda.
